Position Title: Lead Nutrition Assistant
Essential (Primary) Functions: The primary responsibility of the Lead Nutrition Assistant is to provide the highest quality of service to customers at all times. This includes performing lead functions by coordinating work activities in food and nutrition services. These activities may include coordination of diet office computer orders, compliance to menu selections, tray accuracy, rounding and café support as needed. Lead functions pertain to stated work activities, food and nutrition positions and direct involvement with the supervisory team by carrying out supervisory functions (ex: leading staff, modifying schedules, corrective-action involvement, employee merit review feedback, etc.) per direction of management/supervision. Other responsibilities include duties performed by the following food and nutrition positions: tray-line checker, tray-line worker, cold food prep, , storeroom receiver, utility, patient nutrition representative, , call center, catering, cashier, and café worker. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED
Valid FL driver’s license
Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
